These Terms of Service govern your use of the Obsessed mobile application (the “App”), operated by Obsessed App Ltd. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to them.
These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Mental Health Use Disclaimer. Together, they form a single agreement between you and Obsessed App Ltd.
Obsessed is intended for users aged 16 and over.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit use by individuals under 16, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if this condition is not met.
Obsessed is a self-guided digital product designed to support reflection, insight, and awareness around obsessive or repetitive thought patterns.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. Nothing in the App creates a therapeutic, medical, or professional relationship of any kind. To better understand its scope, please refer to the Mental Health Use Disclaimer within the app.
The App is not a substitute for evidence-based mental health care. If you are experiencing significant distress, worsening symptoms, or are in crisis, you should seek support from a qualified professional or emergency service.
You use the App at your own discretion and remain responsible for how you engage with it.
You acknowledge that self-reflection can sometimes involve discomfort or uncertainty, and that this does not necessarily indicate harm or error. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and to stop using the App if it no longer feels helpful.
You remain responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing and for seeking external support when needed.
Accessing the App require an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access due to failure to safeguard your credentials.
All content within the App, including audio, text, exercises, structure, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Obsessed App Ltd and protected by intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the App. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the content without written permission.
You may choose to enter personal content into the App, such as reflections or journal entries.
You retain ownership of your content. All sensitive user content is end-to-end encrypted and cannot be accessed, read, or reviewed by us. We do not monitor or moderate encrypted user input.
You remain solely responsible for the content you choose to enter.
Some features of the App require payment, either as a one-off purchase or a subscription. Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple or Google and are subject to their billing terms. We do not store payment card details.
Payment grants access to digital content and features. It does not guarantee outcomes, improvements, or specific results. Individual experiences vary, and purchase should be made with this understanding.
Because Obsessed is a digital product that becomes immediately accessible, refunds will generally not be offered once access has been granted. This reflects the time, care, and resources involved in developing, maintaining, and delivering the App.
That said, we always maintain a compassionate stance and recognise that genuinely exceptional situations can arise. Refund requests may be considered, at our discretion, in limited circumstances such as technical failure preventing access, duplicate charges, or other unusual situations assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not automatic, and granting a refund in one instance does not create an entitlement to future refunds.
Where purchases are made via Apple App Store or Google Play, their refund policies apply and requests may need to be directed to them.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, and we collect only what is necessary for the App to function.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are breached, the App is misused, or we are required to do so by law. We may also discontinue the App or parts of it. Access may be withdrawn without refund in these circumstances.
You are free to stop using the App at any time.
We aim to keep the App available and functional, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features, content, or availability may change over time as the App evolves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You agree to indemnify Obsessed App Ltd against any claims arising from misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Obsessed is designed to be compassionate above all, and to be clear about its limits. It offers a private, self-guided space with educational content and structured practices that can help you understand your patterns and respond with more steadiness and clarity.
We are deeply committed to developing Obsessed over time and making it as useful as possible. However, as of January 2026, and unless and until these Terms are updated, the App is not a treatment and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. Use what feels helpful, pause when you need to, and return only on your own terms.
